At Ponte Catrina, we take pride in offering an authentic experience to every single one of our clients. Our Hair Artists get pre-booked, we ask that you call in advance if you’d like to have your services completed prior to a special occasion. Keep in mind service time frames when planning your day and booking your appointments as some services may take anywhere from 2 to 5 hours.
DEPOSITS
A deposit is required to secure your booking. Upon scheduling, we will send you a link via text or email to submit your deposit payment. The deposit must be received within 24 hours after booking; otherwise, your appointment will be released. For your security, we do not process deposits manually.
